Frequently asked questions

1. Do you ship outside the UK ?

Yes, we ship worldwide to all countries, unless (in rare cases) owing to ‘warfare’ mailing services to that country have been suspended.


2. What if my order is out of stock or no longer available ?

We endeavour to keep our web site updated with ‘deletions’, but should your item be out of stock at the time of ordering you will be advised.


3. Can I order without using your website ?

Yes, you can order by email, or telephone.

4. Can I ask for something that I can’t see on your website ?

Yes, if it’s generally available we’ll try and get it for you.


5. Can I place an order for an item not yet released ?

Yes, you can place a Pre-Release order. As soon as details on new releases are available, you will be able to order from our Shopping Cart.  Or alternatively you can email us advising us of  your interest and we can email you back .


6. Can I be linked to your website ?

Yes, on condition your ‘link’  is relevant to our customers and within our remit.


7. Is my payment information secure ?

Yes, our site is secure, when you order via credit card you will see a padlock icon on your browser, this means your payment information is encrypted and can't be viewed by anyone except us. Other payment methods are also secure.


8. What if I have a faulty item ?

Faulty CDs or DVDs may be returned for replacement – email us first. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be given.


9. Data Protection Information

All information, including your email address, supplied to us is data protected and your details will not be passed to any third party.


10. How soon will I receive my order ?

This depends on day ordered, where you live, and payment method used. If in the UK, and paying instantly via card or paypal, then your order should be with you within 3 to 4 working days if in stock. If ordered before 12pm we do our very best to get items out the same day, but this is not always possible. The majority of post is sent via Royal Mail.

 

If overseas, then the time taken can range from 3 to 28 days, depending on country. Within Europe is quicker than say Australia. But your order will be sent via airmail, and within 2 days of receiving your cleared payment if the items are in stock.


11. Why can't I listen to your soundbites (samples) ?
Due to advancing technology and the gradual phasing out of Flash Players 
we have become aware that our soundbites will only work on certain devices
sadly. We are aware of how important listening to product is and are in the
process of creating a new website that will offer soundbites. Along with the
updated soundbite software we will also be offering downloading, this will
be alongside our core formats like CDs, LPs, Books, etc. We are sorry for
the inconvenience when the soundbites can't work.




12. Do you offer downloads ?
Currently we only offer literally a handful of Downloads but we are working 
on this. In the near future we are hoping to offer downloadable music from
artists and groups that want (and are able) to participate. Due to various
factors within download licensing, we will only be able to offer downloads
where the artist and groups have gone through the correct channels when
creating their albums/tracks.
