Unlike normal music purchases library discs could only ever be obtained direct from the companies involved such as KPM, Chappell. Impress,  Music de Wolfe, Mood Music and other labels. All the material are original compositions, many names you will have met before such as Roger Roger, Vic Flick (John Barry 7),John Cacavas, Alan Hawkshaw (ex Checkmates), Johnny Hawksworth, Les Reed and Mike Maxfield (Dakotas).  A lot of well known session players were involved here and so the overall sound is top notch. Many of these recordings were pressed as ten inch discs rotating at 78 rpm, right up to the late sixties. We have found some excellent electric guitar tracks, Hammond organ, a bit of brass, a bit of spookyness too and more. Please do not let the unfamiliarity of titles deter your purchase, there are over 150 minutes of music at your disposal. Both volumes one and two are also available. Note: the final nine titles on disc two are commercial releases by library artists.
