Here with another fantastic CD from Dusty Tapes for Cliff Richard & The Shadows completists. In October 1965 Cliff Richard with The Shadows came to Poland and played four concerts. One of these performances was miraculously saved on tape. It is not the highest possible quality, but it does come from the mixing console, not from the audience. It does not capture the whole concert but a large portion of it. From the first part of the show (The Shadows performance) - five songs were saved though the whole performance which contained ten compositions. Second part of the concert, when Cliff Richard joined in, was saved almost in full. The very special rarity appears to be the composition that opened the second part of the act - Tell Me How Do You Feel, which has not been captured on any of Cliff's records.

All the tracks on this CD have now had their speed corrected and have been meticulously remastered with attention not to lose anything from the original spirit.  Despite the age and the fact these aren't studio recordings and are live, they really are worthy addition to your collection. This edition is being supplemented with an especially comprehensive 24-pages booklet containing almost all rescued pictures + press clippings (being published for the very first time) from that visit. The CD has been issued in luxurious gatefold with a laminated card sleeve including a special insert for the CD with sleeve notes about that visit and material. The labels’ design corresponds in style with the vinyl records from the 60’s. It seems like this magnificent documentary of that era should find it's place in every serious Cliff and The Shadows record collection.
