How we send your order.........

New Releases, When Will We Ship It
If you have merged a New Release/ Pre-order with any other order, then the whole order will be shipped once the pre-order has been released. This is due to the fact you received a combined shipping discount at the point of sale. Please do get in touch if you wish the order to be split and we can let you know how much the extra will be.
If you pay for a New Release with a card (not via Paypal) then your order will be charged once the stock arrives onsite. The Release date will be within the online listing. Release dates can change but we update the listing if this happens

How Quickly Do We Despatch
Orders are generally dispatched within 2* working days after cleared payment and are shipped via Royal Mail post (unless very heavy, which we will then use a courier). If you have ordered a New Release then your order will be despatched as soon as that item is released (see above). .

Tracked or Not
All overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Airmail. Please note orders are not sent insured or tracked as standard but we can happily add this but it will incur an extra no profit cost. In most cases this isn't much of an increase. Happy to quote the price.

Packaging
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. They are packed factoring in the cost and weight/size of the shipping. We try and size packages so where possible they fit through your letterbox. It may not be fancy or attractive but it should be safe and secure.

How Long Will It Take For Your Order To Arrive
Delivery time depends on where you live. UK is usually between 2 to 7 working days, and overseas can range from 7 to 28 days for Europe up to 10 to 40 days for Australia, USA, Japan etc. We can not guarantee an exact delivery date for orders but we can tell you when it left us. ALL orders have a proof of shipment.  I must add, we do our utmost to get items shipped out asap and in most cases manage it same day. 
End Of 2023:  Under current circumstances parcels are in some cases taking longer to arrive but our despatch time hasn't changed. 

Once your order leaves us we have no control over how long it takes to arrive, that is down to the mail service in our country and yours if shipped overseas. If you have not spoken to us and had Tracked & or Signed (Overseas) or Signed For (UK) added, then we have no idea where your order is once it leaves us.
We will always make sure any lost orders are refunded or replaced but we need to give them a fair amount of time


EU and ROW Customs
There have been changes since July 2021 with regards to shipping to EU Members. From what we understand the VAT threshold in the EU is now 0 Euro. This means any order shipped from the UK to an EU country will incur VAT* and the VAT handling fee. As a small no longer VAT registered business we do not add VAT to our RRP, so we have nothing we are able to deduct to help sadly.
We ship using a Royal Mail business account and as such it is all electronic and are not able to put 'gift' on parcels. Countries 'Customs' thresholds vary from country to country and if you are concerned about costs, then may I suggest you check your countries limit and if needed split your order. It may work out cheaper paying two lots of postage then Customs/VAT / Handling Fees when your parcel arrives. We are happy to help guide you where able, so feel free to email: juliette@leosden.co.uk . *VAT is charged at the receiving countries rate. 
Please note that if charges are applied to an order by customs they are the buyers responsibility. If any order gets returned due to non payment or collection, I will refund the order minus the postage costs from and to us. 

Help us to help you: If your parcel does not arrive within a fair timescale and is large please do check with your local sorting office as we have found 9 out of 10 missing parcels are there. Royal Mail leave 'while you were out cards' in most cases but NOT all, so it is always worth giving them a quick ring.

*Please note that the Royal Mail do not collect from us on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday. Any orders placed after 4pm GMT on a Friday will be shipped out on the Monday when collections resume.
Order placed after 4pm on a weekday will be shipped next day.
